Should I switch to a different domain provider?

Since I started dabbling on to getting a website, I have always used namecheap. The main reason is that, well, they're cheap and they had promos wherein the first year is really cheap, but then I learned later on that they get you with higher recurring fees.

Anyways I stuck with it and I didn't have any issues. Until recently where namecheap hosted domains and are being blocked by specific ISPs. Not that I need to have a very wide reach or anything, I just don't want the hassle of changing into one.

Maybe when my subscription expires, I'll shift to a new one? Not sure what is a reputable domain provider though that won't get blocked. GoDaddy? Google Domains? Now on to shopping for a better domain provider...
